“I have visited this Walmart three times and now I feel like I can leave an informed review. Each time I have been here, I've had a very pleasant experience. Every time, i have had a positive interaction with at least one employee. I visited this past Friday around 8am and received excellent customer service from more than half of the employees that I crossed paths with. At least 2 ladies went out if their way to speak to and greet me. I felt very welcomed there. I love how clean the store is and their selection of items fit my needs. I totally am able to find everything I came to the store to get. I knocked off 1 star because they don't seem to answer their phone. I need to know if I could exchange or return a certain item. Unfortunately, I've called about 4 times in one day and am not able to reach some anyone. I don't live very close to this store, so it would be nice if I could actually reach someone in the store. Other than that, I have no complaints. I would recommend visiting the store in the early morning to avoid crowds, lines, and limited parking.”

“I drove here from the Corona location looking for a record for my daughter’s birthday. An employee by the name of Isaiah was in the electronics department and not only spent ten minutes helping me look through all of the records, but then went to the back and found the record I was looking for in the pallets that were still being unloaded. In this day of people being too busy doing the bare minimum and not caring about truly great customer service, Isaiah took the time to stop and help me and provide an excellent customer experience. Experiences like this will keep me off of Amazon, and coming back to Target to shop, despite the occasional lower sticker price online.”
