“Had a great experience using the self-service dog wash! It was our first time trying something like this, but the staff walked us through every step and were super helpful. Our dog is a giant breed, but she fit comfortably in both the tub and on the drying tables. The setup included everything we needed—shampoo, conditioner, towels, and even ear muffs since our pup isn’t a fan of blow dryers. You can even request help with nail clipping for a small extra charge, which is a great added convenience. Thoughtful touches like that really stood out. We’ll definitely be back!”
“Always come here to pick up pet supplies! They have an excellent selection of raw foods which gives the most bang for your buck as a topper for a 60lb dog. My picky Aussie loved the Kahoots brand of kibble. My only regret is not picking up a bag of their kibble sooner.”

“This review is way too late. I want to go back to this house because we purchased our chocolate Labrador at this house 16 years ago. I know I am extremely late on this review but it's necessary. our chocolate Labrador lived for 16 years he was very healthy from the beginning. He never got sick. He only got sick towards the end of his life because he was aging. But as a young pup he had the best personality and the best immune system. Now that our KONA is in doggy heaven we are considering going back to purchase a new dog. I really trust this outfit. See you soon. And thank you for 16 years of love and happiness with our Labrador.”

“I've never been to the Spider Room store itself, but I have done business with its owner (Matt Padilla) many times and he always exceeds expectations. He is an exceptionally honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate seller who has sold me some incredible animals over the last few months. I have not lost a single one save for a solifugid that I expected to die anyway, and it's always a pleasure to see him and his company at shows. I highly recommend the Spider Room for its astounding variety of animals and brilliant service-- you cannot go wrong with it!”

“I'm so thankful the gentleman that helped me purchase a prong collar for my very strong Queensland Heeler. He was pulling me through the store and the sales associate helped me size him correctly. I'm glad I bought one here because they carry the German made ones that are polished on the ends. I also got him a new steel chain leash that looks bad ass on him and it's made well. Don't buy the cheap crap from Amazon , you won't be happy and your dog really won't be either. I'm FINALLY able to go on a relaxing walk with my dog. He doesn't pull and he enjoys his walks so much more. Some dogs when they are young don't understand the full impact of their strength. This prong collar is helping out dog so much ? thank you ?”

“So cute and so perfect!! Arrived quickly! It was really easy to set up just looking at instructions, I installed it upside down, I found that easiest to do. Pretty sturdy also! The lil voids loved it instantly with some catnip of course lol. If you’re worried about it not being sturdy enough and being knocked over I would just add a brace to the cat box to the wall should be pretty good then. Also came with a little rubber brush for cleaning cat hair off!”

The second visit Military discount ONLY offered on TUES NOT WED THE DAY I HAD MY APPOINTMENT FOR! That policy needs to change!!! Had to change technician because of it! Heather who did my first 2 grooms was excellent!”
