I'm always welcomed in and anytime I have a question about a product they are always 100% honest. If you know your pets weight why do you need to lug them all in at $50 a pop just to get the prescription for the same flea meds you get often?!?! In this economy? Haha. “OMG, found this place on a whim and checked it out based on the great reviews. Such great prices! Brand new cat trees for $30 and up. Lots of clearance items too. They will even sell their floor models, I got a $225 cat mansion used (they have 4 resident cats) for $150. It's sturdy and well built, I'll have to vacuum it when I get home but my cats aren't picky. You can tell what the cats like by how much fur on the floor models LOL!”

This was one of the locations I was considering when adopting a rabbit. “I like how nice the guy that helped was. He was talking nicely to me letting me know about the difference of the tarantulas that he has. And he was showing me a few different kinds of Tarantulas. He also did a good job letting me know that he has cages for tarantulas plus the soil to put in the cage too. So when I was thinking in what tarantula I would like to buy, he was letting me know how long the male Tarantula can live and how long the female tarantula can live. So I bought one Arizona blonde tarantula together with one cage and a bag of soil for the cage. So I will definitely recommend this spider room store for all the good service the guy did.”

“I’ve been looking for a place that could help cut my birds wings that’s closer than the magnolia pet farm. I called and she charged 7 which is worth not having to drive all the way to riverside. Great customer service! Had an awesome toucan just chillin that you could have jump on your arm. A good selection of birds, fish, mice, Guinea pigs, a few turtles lizards and snakes as well. It didn’t seem like the snakes were too cramped like I’ve read in other reviews. Maybe they listened to the reviewers and realized their mistakes? Anyway, I’ll most likely come back here for the wing clipping.”
