“Today Nov 26, 2023 Sunday mid day, my husband and i needed road side assistance. Through AAA, we were able to get assistance from Hamner Towing, specifically from Matthew at I-15 northbound before the Cajalco exit near Dos Lagos shopping area. He was polite, very thorough and did a great job on identifying how to resolve the issue with the undercarriage panel that got loose and also he identified a problem with our left front tire. He quickly changed the tire with the reserved tire and he even reminded my husband to stay on the safer side of the car off the fwy. Thank you for the great service.”

I am nothing but awestruck by the commitment, persistence, and dedication these guys went through to not only help move my car but also reassured me every step of the way. “Haven't got anything fixed here just went for a quick check and the assessment of the guy is perfect. I doubted that the I had a bad ball joint as my steering started making sounds and drove to this place for a quick Check. The guy just looked at em real quick from the engine bay and observed for any sounds. Told me that it they are perfectly alright and the electric steerings sometimes makes such noises while driving long distances and he was right. The next morning that noise was gone forever.”

But we decided to try a new place due to a friend's recommendation my daughter's car needed to be looked at upon taking to the other mechanic they informed me needed a new engine? My daughter was devastated she is only 20 and limited income. We decided to take it for second opinion to Ochoa Brothers which we should have done in the first place they diagnosed it as only needing a water pump! They fixed it same day and ready to go! “I’m mainly writing this review for the tow truck driver. My car gave out on me while vacuuming it at the car wash today 12/15 around 3 pm I called the nearest towing company cause honestly I was over it and just wanted to get the hell out of there I didn’t ask much questions I just asked how much they would charge to get it towed to a shop a mile away and the women was nice and straight to the point told me it would be 125$ to get it towed and they would get here in 10 mins. I’m sure the price is more expensive than some places idk this was my first time doing this but I didn’t care in this moment I just wanted to be saved haha. The tow truck got here in 10 min and I felt so bad because I was inside the vacuum parking lot and he had to push my car out of the whole parking lot and into an open area so he can connect my car to the truck. He was so nice about it and reassured me everything was good and not to worry I kept apologizing for some reason lol. So again thank you so much for making this easy and fast for me.”

“I’ve been going to this repair facility for quite a while now. Always a pleasure working with Yogi the service advisor and Michael the owner. They are very accommodating and they get the work done professionally. They found an oil leak on my AMG and within an hour Yogi was able to contact the warranty company and had an authorization. This was also the same for my Land Rover with regard to an ac issue this pass summer. Forget the long wait time and long process at the dealerships where I normally take my cars to but this place is highly recommended. Forgot to mention also the car technician are amazing as well. Honest and amazing service at its best and the price is very reasonable.”
