One mechanic (I'm sorry because I don't remember his name) greeted me, explained me the check in procedure .After checking in on a screen, mechanic Francisco asked me what's going on with the truck.He fixed the problem , an easy job to fix, but pretty difficult to figure it out.Very polite and respectful people at this location, but what impressed me a lot, was their will to help, without waiting for someone to ask them to do something.”
“I really recommended getting the Express ticket, saves you hours! The shows are amazing, plenty of restaurants, I recommend watching the water show, get the Harry potter rides and make sure you go downstairs for the Jurassic Park experience as well as the universal Hollywood tour. It’s a mind blowing experience, definitely had so much fun.”

“I've been to this particular location on and off for MANY MANY years, but, I was never a fan of the inventory, it was always "low-budget" stuff or off brand type of items, so, subsequently I STOPPED shopping there until last month when I decided to go see if they had dog food because i didn't feel like going to the larger stores. Man, when I walked in the store IMMEDIATELY upon seeing two isles I was IMPRESSED at the quality of things shelved and it honestly only got better as I continued to browse. Let's just say that Big Lots has DEFINITELY stepped up their game especially to continue to COMPETE with the other larger chains but, honestly I PREFER to come HERE from now on. ✨??”

“I've been working with Jaime to get a truck rental for a big move. The truck was available and ready the same day. A few days after returning it we needed it for one more day. I called Jaime back and he had it ready for me within an hour. When I showed up he had all the paperwork done and keys ready. I was in and out in under five minutes. Couldn't get better than that.”
“I go here to fill up my 5 gallon water containers up to 4 at a time. They also have a small grocery section where I was able to buy a dozen eggs. My son loves the toy section because of the selection of different fun toys. They also have a U-Haul rental which was how we originally found out about this place needing to rent a moving truck.”

“We had a catastrophic truck failure with our 2022 RAM's transmission while towing a trailer full of our daughter's stuff to Tennessee. We were under a hard time deadline, and after getting our truck to a dealership for repairs, I found this Enterprise to find a replacement rental truck, since ours was gonna be out of commission for a while. The lady that greeted me at the counter was very sweet. She did seemingly everything she could to get our rate down and also provided Wifey and I with a lot of extra miles, since we needed to drive the truck to TN and back to CA. Although the bill still stung a bit at the end, we were in a pickle because my RAM had failed, and this Enterprise helped me take care of my Family.”

“It’s hit or miss with this place. Sometime the employees are cool as hell and sometimes they just needed to not come to work. But came in to get a quick drive tire change. Didn’t take them long and they were in between shifts. Giving a 4 start this time”

“The on-site storage manager who helped us with the U-Haul reservation was extremely friendly and helped me and my buddy through every single step of the process and made it an excellent, fluid experience overall. Never caught his name but he was tall, had facial hair, in his forties/maybe early 50s and looked a bit like Bob Odenkirk, the actor. Hell of a nice guy and great employee, he deserves a raise lol.”
