“I came to buy jeans and left with a minor character arc.
I bought five pairs of Lucky Brand 410 Athletic Straight jeans while I was in California. Five. Because apparently when I find a pair of jeans I like, my immediate instinct is to behave like I’m preparing for the denim apocalypse.
Unfortunately, after getting home to Ohio and actually living in them for a while, I realized the waist was a little too big.
At this point, I had already worn four pairs, washed them, removed the tags, and traveled approximately 2,500 miles away from the store back home.
So naturally, I called the store and told them, “Hey, I know I have done everything possible to make these non-returnable, but any chance you want to help me anyway?”
I fully expected to be told to enjoy my five pairs of slightly-too-big jeans.
Instead, I spoke with the manager, Priscilla, who was unbelievably helpful. She listened to the situation, worked with me, and ultimately made an exception to take back all five pairs and exchange them for the exact same styles and colors in the correct size.
No drama. No arguing. No making me feel like an idiot for creating this ridiculous situation. Just excellent customer service and a genuine effort to make things right.
The replacement jeans are now on their way to my house and I am extremely happy with how this turned out.
Honestly, I went into this thinking, “Well, I guess I just bought $400+ worth of pants that don’t fit quite right.” Instead, Priscilla somehow performed a small miracle and saved the day.
Five stars for the store, and especially for Priscilla. Lucky Brand should know that this is exactly the kind of customer service that makes someone want to come back.
Also, if you ever find yourself standing in a California Lucky Brand store contemplating buying five pairs of jeans in one shot, perhaps learn from my mistakes and try on the correct size first.”
“I love this Levi’s Outlet !! It has so many varieties and styles !! The prices are amazing 🤩 the store is nice and clean . All the clothes is nicely organized! They have a lot of dressing rooms! The best thing about this store are the amazing cashiers! They are so friendly and welcoming! Professional and very attentive too ! They helped me with finding my sizes and also showed me all the different styles they have in jeans !! I am no longer shopping for Levi’s in other stores ! This is my new favorite Levi’s store!! “It's just not my style~I don't get the hype, but I did find their Winter scarves at a reasonable pricing, $39.99....must have been from $49.99 down. I didn't need a new scarf so didn't go for it. But if I do need one in the future, I'll most likely buy the Christmas looking one as shown below. But the store was very organized, spacious and clean. I would return again for their Winter scarf if it's still on sale!!!!”

“I had such a great experience shopping at Aeropostale today, especially thanks to Desiree! She helped me with an even exchange for some T-shirts I had purchased during the weekend sale, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process.
There was also some confusion regarding the rewards program during my previous visit. Another employee had told me I could receive a discount by signing up with my phone number, but then I was told I already had an account, even though I had never shopped at Aeropostale online or in-store before. Desiree took the time to explain what had happened and helped clear up the confusion. I learned that JCPenney and Aeropostale are connected through their rewards system, which is why my information was already in their system because I have a JCPenney rewards account.
What really impressed me was that Desiree apologized on behalf of the other employee and explained that they would make sure the team was better informed so they can provide an even better customer experience in the future. I truly appreciated her taking the time to listen and make things right.
The store was also so nice and clean, and all of the employees working today were friendly and offered to help me find anything I needed. It made my shopping experience so pleasant!
