“I've been coming here for yearsss, The clothes selection & price is outstanding. I love coming here to look for something quick when I'm going out to dance or on a date with my husband, or even to buy clothes as gifts for friends. However, The people who work here are not the kindest, never really smile. My biggest issue is that during covid they closed down the dressing room... and it's still closed till this day. It's June 2023 open that thing back up. People want to try on clothes before they buy them. I can't tell you how many items I've put back because i didn't want to buy them just to bring them home and try them on, to find out they don't fit. And what makes it worse is the return policy, is only for store credit, no refund.”

“Katherine greeted my mom and I very cheerfully. And helped us start a room. Later I needed some heels for the dress I chose. Annissa was super helpful above and beyond. Coincidentally Katherine checked us out, was sweet, and gave us a discount for first responders which was a bonus. There was another girl working who I felt attitude from her. I felt she was trying to avoid helping anyone and I didn't hear her speak a word even when my mom spoke to her. She just ignored her and helped the customer that had been waiting at the register. BUT luckily the others swayed me to still give 5 stars. Thanks ladies now ima look fancy at the wedding”

“I was referred to C4 Effects for some coaches polo for our little league all-star teams. I worked with Kurt and he was amazing! He fixed our artwork to ensure the finished product would look great. He was professional and went above and beyond. We were under a massive time crunch and Kurt ensured I had my polos in a weeks time. Kurt worked with me over the weekend and after hours. I'm so thankful, we will definitely be using C4 Effects for future projects!”

“This team is 100% committed to outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond what the customer expects. I came in looking for a wardrobe refresh for a new job. I was specifically looking for a pair of black skinny pants and she walked with me to the table where they were displayed instead of just saying, "They're over there on that table." Then she proceeded to hold up the various options and talk through the different product features to help me compare and make a decision. Another associate chimed in with some options for tops, a blazer, and other coordinating pieces. They also walked me through all the updated versions of denim available in store and online. I felt like I had my own styling team! I have worked in retail for over 10 years and the associates at this store are at the top of their game being warm, friendly and taking an interest in me and my styling needs. How refreshing to experience this level of service in a retail chain store. Keep up the good work Loft and hire more associates like the ones at this store! I will definitely return and let my friends know where they can shop to get exceptional service.”

“I love love love ross so much because of one thing. Their skincare/perfume section. They have such such good stuff for so cheap. Occasionally you can find really cute clothes there too!! Today I got this Nicki Minaj perfume that smells so freaking good for only 8 dollars. Love it!!”

“This dd’s store means “deep discounts”. The store literally has deep discounts and offers designer and non-designer items. Also offers things for your car, your pets, nice stylish clothes, luggage and items for your kitchen, nice paintings like paintings and decorative merchandise. I think it’s somehow related to Ross. So if you want to save big and spend not that much, go there. In fact run. I usually will spend $200-$300 when I shop there. They have women, men, children and baby merchandise. Makeup, perfume and travel items. Want to save big and not have to drive to downtown LA, then go to dd’s discounts. I can’t get enough of them”

They have great basics for every day, work school etc. They also have amazing clothes you could wear to many events and places, from Church, party, family gatherings, club wear. They have a large range of sizes. Only some times I do not find things in my size. I guess it is because their clothes are so cute they sell out quicky.”
