This dude steals and scams ebt cards, he charged me 57$ for 5 sodas which where post to just be 2 for 4, and two bag of chips and a pack of gum plus 3 candies and he does every time and on top of all that he's doing that evil stuff while standing by the counter, I'm so sick of him, he has no heart.
