“I just left the gas station at 3:34 today 07/22/2022 and my receipt says the cashier is Sam. I've never ever in my life had customer service from someone who was so happy, friendly, kind, personable, and every other nice word I could think of. Sam, what a blessing you are. I'd chose this gas station and the small selection of snacks ANYDAY just to be greeted by Sam!!”

“I never thought I'd say this, but this has become one of my fave 7-11s. In the last year or so, it's done a total 360.
With the exception of 1 or 2, the employees are polite & friendly & know what they're doing.
The candy is always fresh. And I believe it's maybe the owner or manager, but she's awesome. I suddenly started craving banana moon pies (like seriously can't get enough of em), but I can't find them anywhere else in Lakeside or EC. So she noticed me buying em out every few days & instead of ignoring it, she started ordering more. How awesome is that? So many other convience stores need to learn this.
I swore off this 7-11 about a year ago, but it's definitely not at all like it used to be. Which is a good thing!”

“The location is convenient for me, but I sometimes feel uncomfortable with the transients that hang out there. I had one today ask me for money, I said no. He walked away to ask other people for money and then came back to me. He would not get away from me even though I asked him to leave me alone. I didn't fill my tank all the way because he made me feel so uncomfortable.”

“I have been going to this location for years. Always had good service and employees are friendly. I also love the fact that anytime I have needed to use the atm, it's always working The coffee station is always kept up and fully stocked. Store is clean and neat They sell buzzballs. If you have never had a buzzball check it out while they have them in stock.”

Also you can get Shawarma (Chicken and Meat) Falafel, Fried Eggplant... Iraqi beverages like Sinalco, Miranda, Trawbi and more and more of all Iraqi stuff... Ambba, Pickle, Gum... “It used to be very bad. The cashiers were very rude but they didn’t seem to stay very long. The new Employee (Dilsher Singh)is very nice and helpful. I’m visit the store every Monday through Friday at 3:00 AM and the coffee is always fresh. The only problem is that the other machines like the iced coffee or cappuccino are always broken. Sometimes it would be nice to have a change from hot coffee.”

“Love this place. Cheapest gas in SD and the native cigs are inexpensive. Mostly, the staff are always chill, friendly and very helpful. Wish people would enter the pumps from the street side and not pop in from the store side and screw everything up. But people are people. ??”
