“Sales Rep Johnny and the office manager made an impossible delivery happen. They were professional courteous….everything customer service should be but lacking in other rent a center stores I’ve dealt with in the past. Definitely going to refer my friends and family to the El Cajon Main Street location!”

“Great place to get almost any part for for household appliance repair, and at very competitive prices. Chris was a huge help locating alternative parts for an old, obsolete dryer I was repairing, all of which worked perfectly.”

“This store rocks! Great plumbing advice. We took in a plumbing part that disintegrated in my hand. He Identified the disintegrated part and got it for us. Plus other stuff we needed for the fix. When we got home it was that easy. It was that easy! 5 stars”

“Trane, Day&Night and Rudd distributor. We have been with them for over a decade. Knowledgeable, helpful and professional - every single one of the guys at this location. Brent (manager) is the most kind and caring GM I've seen in the industry. Very often we will drive an extra 10-20 miles to work with Brent vs. using other supplier. Thank you for your everyday excellence!”

“Nicole in the holiday department is absolutely amazing! She worked tirelessly as a one-woman team to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Even during the busy holiday rush, she went above and beyond to track down the last Bluey inflatable and made sure it got to me. Her dedication and friendly attitude made my shopping experience so much better. Nicole truly deserves all the praise for her hard work and excellent customer service. Thank you, Nicole, for making the holidays even more special!”

“I have not been in this best buy for a long time. I had to return an item that I had ordered online. The customer service given today was top knotch for a electronic retail store. The gentleman today, dont know his name, worked afternoon shift 330pm was standing in front of a table in front of the entrance door is the reason for the 5 stars. Very welcoming, very kind in greeting each customer when the door opens. Very positively enthusiastic , definitely good vibe customer service. Shout out to him and the girl at return desk is ok, nice and quick”
