“My only complaint is about an executive officer his name is ***************** who came to the branch to fix and solve a problem unfortunately he created more problem and he made it worse it was about a loan for commercial real estate . I started with one of his officers in the Rancho San Diego *************** she was great and excellent and she helped me with the process and then another officer from the National ********* mr **** he was asking for more document and I submitted but it was a misunderstanding so the other officer who is in charge of the loan mrs **** she was the one who help me w everything . And she suggested that I meet with ***************** the executive officer of the there bank . Unfortunately this gentleman he has no idea how to Take of a care Customer ?? The idea was that he will help or to make me understand how the process work ?? But he made things worse than before and we were arguing and he was telling me that Im stressing out and making things difficult and yet instead of fixing or helping to close the deal on the loan he kept knocking down on me and criticise me ?? I just wanna let everybody know this gentleman he is not a banker and he just lost a customer because of his attitude !! beware of this gentlemans ***************** ???? he work at the main office in *********** . Other than that I appreciate most of the employees at the **************** branch thank you . But ***************** Im sorry you are a lousy executive officer ??????”
“Very clean and organized..had no problem looking for what I came for..also has a check cashing booth separate from the checkout area where u had to wait for people buying food and stuff in between check cashing..guy at register was nice looked well groomed and didn't rush me at all.. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ??”

I connected with them for a solar loan after my credit union of 25 years, Navy Federal, turned me down because my employment changed 18 months ago and they insist on 24 months of same employment. I applied for solar loan with Wheelhouse and all my other qualifications out weighed my length of employment and they didn't question my length of employment at all. In addition, their high interest rates on checking and term certificates - combined with their personal attention to details, I am preparing to move all my accounts to Wheelhouse.
