“Our 2012 Jetta had pretty extensive front-end damage from hitting a pickup truck tow winch. We loved this car and it was a struggle whether to repair it or junk and find another vehicle.At the accident scene our AAA tow truck driver suggested USA Auto Body. At USA Auto Body I had a fairly long conversation with Jeremy, asking questions and was impressed with his depth of replies, and I was impressed with him. I know a fair amount about cars and feel like I can sense a scam or mistrust a mile away - I didn't have either of those senses with him. He set me a price and told me he wouldn't go over it, no matter what they found (he kept his word).We decided to repair it and to trust him & team with the work.It took longer than I would have liked but it was around the holidays, and the big rains, and the repairs took longer than anticipated, so I chocked it off to that.The finished car astounded me how good it looked - and he kept the price down by using almost all used parts. Looking from the front of the car now it looks nearly brand-new... it's my daughter's car and she's beyond excited about it (she's the one that banged 'her up). There was a fair amount of mechanical damage to supporting systems around the engine - Jeremy & his team fixed all of them! That's something to consider as most body shops will only repair, well, bodies. When he handed me the bill, he said "there's a LOT that was done that's not on this printout". I believed him.I highly recommend USA Auto Body and will bring my vehicles here if I ever need repairs. I've been telling others as well.Thank you Jeremy & Team!”

“I give this place, top 4 Star ratings as the service I received was supreme. However, I did notice the small dents and dings I have on my car were not smooth out nor removed. I was under the impression it would have been, being I had a complete paint job ,I also had front and rear bumpers replaced. My bad! I will say this, if you have any dents or dings on your vehicle, I suggest , request to have them removed prior to, if not , it will just be painted over. Outside of that,

All the information I could ever need for painting over the damage on my bumper was explained to me, and directions were provided on some packets. So I went from not knowing anything, to feeling pretty confident about fixing the damage. The pricing was also pretty reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking to do some DIY paint repair.”
“My Jeep was hit and run on a Saturday. Took it to Tony on a Wednesday and got it back by Friday. He switched out the front bumper and put on my new side rails and it was good as new! I’m happy again! This is not our first experience with Tony. He worked a miracle on our Chevy truck when it was also hit and run. He made the truck look like nothing ever happened. The body work and paint job were flawless! That’s exactly why we took two other vehicles to his shop. The job was professional and finished in a reasonable amount of time.
