“Service: Collision repair, body work, paint, paintless dent repair, frame/alignment, RV repair, and more. Customer service: Reviews frequently praise the staff for being friendly, explaining the repair process, and providing updates. Carwise reviews particularly highlight communication and repair quality. Experience: The company says it has been family-owned and locally operated since 1984. Insurance: They help customers work with insurance companies and can assist with claims and adjuster communication. Convenience: They advertise rental-car availability, towing assistance, and a customer shuttle to/from home or work. Warranty: They offer a limited lifetime warranty on qualifying work while you own the vehicle, with specific limitations and separate warranty periods for some paint, mechanical, and decal work. Certifications: They advertise I-CAR and ASE-certified technicians. Potential downside: Although the overall feedback is very positive, some reviews mention occasional communication or timing issues, so I wouldn't write the review as if everything is perfect.”

“I recently had my window tint done at Bumper Doc and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different tint options so I could choose what worked best for me. The install came out super clean no bubbles, no imperfections, just smooth, quality work. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The turnaround time was quick, pricing was fair, and customer service was top-notch from start to finish. If you’re looking for window tint in Santee, I highly recommend Bumper Doc. Great people, great service, and excellent results.”

“They installed a new rear bumper at a cost of $700. I received a quote of $2,100 from another shop in Santee. My car looks great, as the day it was purchase. Mark gave me a quote and completed the work in 2 days as promised. (The new bumper required painting.)”

“Nobody beats loose Cannon! They know what they are doing and do the BEST job! I took my Lotus Elise to the supposedly top auto body places and nobody would touch my car. These guys took one look and said yes! They went the extra mile with everything and were so easy to work with! They even recommended painting my rims and they gave me back a very different car then I gave them! I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“Had them paint and install a used aftermarket front bumper for my S2000. Didn't realize that the previous owner of the bumper cut off about an inch and a half of material from each corner of the bumper, destroying the outboard tabs. Metrix completely rebuilt the corners and made the bumper look like new. They took their time with making sure the fitment was as close to OEM as possible and they did not disappoint. See the pictures for yourself. (Don't mind the lip, I told them to just fix the cracks and not to paint it. Also, the car is 18 years old with oxidized white paint. It'd be almost impossible to color match the bumper to the rest of the car.) The turnaround time of about 2 weeks wasn't bad considering that they're a small, low-key shop, and the amount of work needed to get the bumper to fit right. Take my word for it, they did an amazing job. Thanks again, Jose!”

“Chose Santee Collision because of the rave reviews here and Yelp. It's also in a great location in the East County. Well those rave reviews are justified! Candace and Alex are great to work with. They are professional and answered all my questions. The repair to my car was done when they said it would be and they went over everything at completion. The work is top notch, my car looks great!! I appreciate their attentiveness and the quality of work.”

“Came to get my bumper painted with clips redone. Also had some minor dents pulled out and some touch up work. The passenger mirror was replaced as well. All in all I believe that Armando was fair, flexible, and met my expectations. It's a smaller shop but sometimes it's better to deal directly with the owner, who also does some of the work, and makes sure you are happy in the end.”

“Fantastic & Quick! I had been recommended to go here by my insurance agent. I’m so happy I did. Janette did my check in and it was quick and we had a nice chat about the reason it happened and she was a receptive listener. Then the man that took my cars report was David. He was also quick but very efficient. He told me the estimate and date it would be ready and he was correct on both. I think this team does a great job and has my recommendation now for any that asks.”
