Put the order in to the computer in less than two minutes and was ready to deliver it in a whole different part of the county for my 90 year old dad with full Installation and removal of a California King.
Offered next day delivery, but that was actually too soon for my old dad. I called back and Sam was able to reschedule the delivery for Wednesday. I felt like I got everything I wanted!”

“This review is primarily for Elizabeth at the El Cajon store who got my warranty approved and I was finally able to replace my damaged couch after two months of getting the runaround from their extended warranty (Reguard) customer service line overseas. I called every week and got nothing except to wait and wait with zero updates. Finally decided to try to talk to someone at the store directly and Elizabeth helped me. I explained the situation, she called Reguard right then, and they told her it was approved. I could not believe it. It was only once I went into the store and did something about it that Reguard decides to approve my warranty and replace my couch. Could’ve been coincidence, but the lesson here is that Elizabeth is awesome, and avoid the extended warranty”

“The sales agent is Ms. Rhonda. She greeted me soon after I entered the store. My umbrella was dripping wet, she suggested a place to put it down. I told Ms. Rhonda that I was looking for the sales agent that helped my daughter a week early. Ms. Rhonda said she had a phone call to make and she would check back with me later. I was looking for a soft sleeper in a specific color. I didn't find what I was looking for, I was feeling discouraged and I didn't see the other sales agent. Ms Ronda returned. I told her my situation. Ms. Rhonda showed me three types of sofa sleepers. I chose a sofa sleeper, in the exact color and style that I liked. Done deal. Thank You Ms. Rhonda.”
