The store offers really good customer service. The staff answered all questions truthfully and was very respectful about everything. They have a lot of knowledge about phones and helped get a phone for a friend or switch a line from Verizon to Metro By tmobile. Everyone love Metro pcs and recommend everyone to go here. The experience is great, not too long, and the person at the store was very helpful explaining everything.
