“To be honest, I’m not happy with AT&T overall. Every time I call 611, the customer service is extremely disappointing. Most of the representatives don’t seem to know anything about the services, and the way they talk to customers is unprofessional. My experience with AT&T customer service over the phone has been below zero. this review is only for this specific location and only for Joel and Eric. They were amazing. They actually listened, knew exactly what they were doing, and helped us a lot with our service. We were seriously planning to leave AT&T, but because of Joel and Eric’s experience, patience, and professionalism, they made us stay. They truly know how to keep customers. AT&T needs more employees like them. and the five star I gave for Joel and Eric.”

“My phone took on water damage over the weekend, and I thought it was a total loss. I brought my phone to Mario to ask about data recovery, but he was pretty confident it just needed a new screen. A couple hours later, he handed me my fully functional phone and patiently answered all of my questions. I'm back up and running for hundreds less than I thought it would cost me. Very, very pleased with his service!”

“Carlos and Khalid were great! I switched from T-Mobile and Metro PCS. My biggest thing is being able to get in and out as quick as possible and both Metro and T-Mobile took over an hour and a half sometimes close to 2 hours to get me squared away with a new phone. I went into cricket and was greeted by Carlos and I told him I want to get in and out of here quick with a phone and new service, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes paid and done. I would recommend this location entirely, and would recommend cricket in general as I've already experienced far better quality of service.”
“Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Hanan, an exceptional representative. She truly showed her dedication by helping three people at once! During our time together, she listened carefully to what we needed and came up with solutions that were just right for us.
Hanan also suggested a Verizon home internet service and a new phone. I’m so thankful for the chance to meet her today, and I wanted to share my positive experience with her outstanding service.

“Paola was very helpful. I have had an issue with Google storage for a year. I call Google they tell me to call T-Mobile I called T-Mobile they tell me to call Google. I went into the store and Paola fixed it for me in about 2 minutes! Thank you kindly! Great customer service great price point! I recommend this place!”
“When in today and the staff were amazing, always are. I was able to get help. I purchase Bluetooth headphones which one of them offered to set up for me. At the end the one who finished my transaction, gave me an empty box. I realized the mistake tonight and drove to store, a few minutes after 7p. However no one was there, can't leave a voice message either as phone just continues to ring. I hope they may resolve this issue asap.”
“My all time favorite cell phone accessory store in El Cajon. They have so many great variety of cases and they carry cases for almost any phone new and old! Not to mention they have custom cases and almost any pop socket design you can think of :) Staff is super helpful and friendly as well deff recommend this store for any accessory needs!”
“I had a few serious complications when transferring service from my previous carrier. It took a lot of time, effort, patience and knowledge to finally get it unraveled and sorted.
Diana and Salma (Manager) were absolutely amazing through the entire process. It took 3 different days and roughly 3 hours each visit to identify the problem, troubleshoot with 3 different carriers on a conference call, explain thoroughly to me, present the solution, suggest temporary measures, assistance returning a phone, follow through with corporate processes, as well as having to follow up with those back office processes and they could not have been more professional, respectful, courteous and accommodating.
As stressful and frustrating as this debacle was for me, they empathized and worked hard on its resolution. They made me feel like we were a team together, not as though I was a problem customer and they couldn’t be bothered, (my experience with a different non Corp store). The long visits never felt that long and I would leave the store with confidence and trust that they 'had my back'. I was very close to just cancelling the transfer and retreating to my prior carrier but did not do that as a direct result of these two stellar employees.
Diana and Salma delivered customer service with great care, depth of knowledge, kindness, experience, patience and with grace rarely encountered these days.
Please give them special kudos, they deserve to be acknowledged!

“I've been to this location seven or eight times to pay my bill and buy five or six phones for my own employees. . I'm always late getting there. Mostly I've dealt with DENISE. But whenever I call them whoever is there always says to just come in even if I'm late. As a business owner my business is on my phone. And as a business owner I appreciate the customer service. It proves to me that the management there cares about their customers and cares about their employees. And it's obvious that the employees also care. Thank you DENISE. I'm sorry I always come in late. I'll be there on Tuesday to get another phone line. . Again thank you DENISE!!!”

“I am not very cell phone savvy. In fact I have a flip phone. So when I have a problem I bring it to this dealer and the workers are all very friendly and helpful.
