Michaels is a large store with everything needed to explore creativity and for craft and home decor projects. It carries expansive assortments including popular art supplies, fabric, yarn, frames, floral items, scrapbook materials, beads, party supplies, and much more. It is a one-stop shop for holidays and special moments. The store is always busy and can be hard to find customer service on the floor, though the associates are happy to help and in good spirits. The customer service at the counter is friendly and helpful. However, lines can get long with few registers open, requiring a wait. The store itself is clean. Michaels has all the things for crafting like a boss and for celebrating all of life's special moments.
Lots cool things on sale. They have self check out now. Helped with the long line.

Went in early this morning, looking for fish bowls to make a birthday project. Found them and a couple of other things. Customer service counter lady was especially helpful and a sweetheart.
