“Recently started going to Paw Country and I love it! They got my pup switched on Small Batch Lightly Cooked sliders and it has been such a great change for him. They are very knowledgeable and really trust what they suggest. Brought my dog in today, usually he’s nervous about going into stores(he thinks it’s the vet) and he loved it here! Even picked a little treat out for himself and carried it out. Amazing store full of a variety of foods, treats and toys that are all healthy and everyone here is great”
“I had a question about a food dish for my cat made of Melamine. Not knowing what that is or how safe it is for pets, I asked the nice lady working there if she knew. She did not but took the time to go and ask the vet on duty that day about it and learned it is safe. I was very happy because it is exactly the size bowl I've been looking for but have been unable to find! Thank you to that very kind employee who took the time to do that!”

My dog developed an infection that needed serious medication. One week later, he is happy and back to his old self thanks to his new vet, Sara Thelen ... I can't say enough nice things about her... she let me know all my options for taking care of my dog, including having to write a prescription to go somewhere else for cheaper medication if I need it
I did not as their prices are very reasonable
100% I am done with the local Boutique veterinarians who seemed to prioritize money over beloved pets
