“These guys are a God Send!!! My vehicle was in storage for over 4 years in the military storage facility when I pulled it out it has several codes of check engine. One mechanic high balled me at over 4k for repairs, but these honest group of gentlemen took my vehicle to diagnose called me an hour later and fixed my vehicle for only 300 dollars. They told me when oil pan leaked that gasket needed to be replaced and how often I should come in for oil check & top off. So I stop in monthly and they take care of it - and check my tire pressure & coolant too! I'm approaching 70 yrs young andappreciate the honest service here. “This review is for the Toyota of El Cajon parts department.I had a decent experience purchasing a part from Toyota of El Cajon. I needed to replace the seatbelt receiver in my Tundra. I found the part on various websites prior to looking at a dealership. Toyota of El El Cajon is near my work place so I checked them. Surprisingly, they were the same price or cheaper than any site and without shipping costs.I easily found and paid for the part on Toyota of El Cajon website I received a confirmation e-mail. The confirmation wasn't quite clear if the part was in stock or not so I stopped by after work. The part was not in stock, but the dude behind the counter told me it would be ready any time after the 9:00 AM on the following day (Saturday). He said I would receive an e-mail when it was ready for pick up. Around 10:00 the next morning I had not yet received an e-mail so I called. My part was indeed ready for pick up. I drove over, he handed my part to me and I was good to go. At 10:44 AM I finally received the e-mail letting me know that my part was ready for pick up. LOL!Overall good experience. Not perfect, but good. Friendly service. On Sunday I removed the seat from said Tundra, installed the new receiver and re-installed the seat. My Seahawks were down 7-0 when I started. They were losing 14-0 when I finished. The game ended 37-3 in favor of the Ravens.Saturday was way better than Sunday!”

“Usually went to the dealer or Walmart for my oil changes. Both places I had to wait one to two hours. I have been here twice And both times I’m out in less than 15 minutes. The oil change is nearly the same with the coupon, but in my opinion, having to wait somewhere for two hours is not worth saving a few bucks. Staff was professional . Facility was clean. Best part is I get to wait in my car while they do the job not some grimy old waiting room.”

“I like the technicians at this location a lot more than the ones at Rancho. They were attentive and focused on the job at hand, but not too serious. It is too bad El Cajon has fallen to pieces or I'd recommend this location to everyone. You have to navigate through the walking dead to get in...I wish I had caught the name of the guy at the register because he really did me a solid with a great recommendation for a tire place after pointing out my front tires were just about done.Super fast in and out. Don't waste your time at other places it's worth the small premium.”
