βDominic went out of his way to help me diagnose and repair malfunctioning Advanced driver assist systems on a BMW Iβd just picked up at auction. Previous windshield was replaced by Safelite and theyβd manage to damage the $1,800 KAFAS camera that mounts against the glass. Instead of sending me on a wild goose chase buying parts, Dominic took the car into his shop, removed the Safelite windshield and opened up the casing of the camera to find a split ribbon with several wires running through it! Thankfully I found a replacement camera at a junkyard for $100. In spite of it taking almost 5 days to ship, Dominic kept my vehicle inside so it wouldnβt be exposed to the elements. He Replaced the camera at no additional cost and put in a new windshield in with the upmost attention to detail. Canβt say enough good things about this business. Brilliant!β

Very honest too I have recommended some of my senior friends to them because I know they will make sure their vehicle is in good running order snd maintenance is up to date. So many other dishonest people out there take advantage of seniors. Just the opposite here same great service. βI didn't have any vehicle maintenance performed at this shop, however, I did ask them to help me load a motorcycle that wouldn't start, onto a trailer trailer. They happily helped. If this is the kind of service they treat their customers, I would happily take my vehicles hereβ
βBrought my truck in for a re-gear on my truck and while it was there had them diagnose a suspension noise issue. The re-gear went well. The fix for the suspension not good. Issue wasnt fixed but charged for it. But I was refunded partially for it. Anyhow, overall experience was excellent. Customer service is great. They have a ton of experience for the years they've been in business. They come highly recommended. These guys know their stuff. So if you're local, bring them your business. Its good to support a family business.β

I was in earlier today for a transmission diagnosis and both Aric and Malachi were able to give me the user-friendly version of their findings and research with my transmission problems / service engine light concerns. Worth noting because these gentlemen βbroke it downβ to me and again βin laymenβs termsβ for me to understand the situation without going into overly βblowing it out of the waterβ β¦. A valuable experience for me! This team preaches transmissions. Highly recommended!β

βIt was my first time getting a smog. Not sure the name of the guy who helped me but he was very nice. It didn't take longer than 30 mins and I was able to run errands quickly after. It was a Family owned shop. The guy was also nice enough to turn my car around so I can leave that small parking lot without struggling . I really appreciated the nice gesture! Will be back.β

βI have always felt that the only BMW you should own is one under warranty. Parts & repair at a dealership are astronomical. Driven SD is close to home, they have outstanding reviews here & on Yelp, so we decided to give them a try.
The reviews didn't lie: They are really that good. We have returned several times for repairs with great results. Their prices are very reasonable, with their estimates prior to doing the work, spot on. If there is something that they can't do, they will refer you to the right shop. That was our experience with a front end suspension issue. The BMW repair network is a valuable commodity!
