“I had a great experience at Verizon El Cerrito with Ben after the Verizon phone representative was unable to set up my new phone and new line AND inactivated both phones. I called back to Verizon and waited almost 2 hours on hold and finally hung up. I came into the El Cerrito store and Ben solved everything. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and discussed other issues like extending battery life for my new phone. I highly recommend Ben and this store in general. A thousand times better than getting help on the phone.”
