“This review is a bit late only because I’m not a person to ever leave reviews but i think this girl definitely deserves it. I recently got a new phone with T-Mobile and had the luck of being helped by Jenine and I honestly loved her. She was so kind, helpful and on top of all VERY PATIENT!!. For whatever reason the system messed up when giving me my phone number and it took a whole week for me to be able to get a working phone. Through out that week Jenine would keep me updated and would call every customer service number possible, spending hours on the phone trying to find someone who can help her solve the problem and was even trying to go in on her day off just so i can have a working phone. I would also like to applaud her for dealing with her manager and his rude attitude towards her in front of customers. He speaks to her so rudely and demanding almost yelling, made me kind of uncomfortable. And seems like he’s s too comfortable with it. Anyways this girl needs a raise or something she was the best!”

“My phone was completely wigging out and for some reason no calls showed and I was stuck on leaving a voice-mail for quite a long time, so I had to drive to the t mobile to get it figured out. Julian was a complete dear and instantly fixed it and showed me how to fix that problem on my own. Thank you so much again! Highly recommend t-mobile services to anyone looking and I highly recommend THIS location for any purchases, questions or services you need. Thanks guys! 10/10 if I could! Great team.”

“This review is primarily for Alexis. I had a really bad experience with my phone yesterday, and I had already been to Best Buy and the Verizon store in Pinole. They could not help me, so I was sebt to the store in El Cerrito. Alexis immediately started helping me, and had me all set up. I ended up having to come back due to my own issue, and she once again helped get me all set up. Thanks so much to Alexis for her help on what was a very traumatic day for me.”
