“I have been eyeing new patio furniture at my local Terra Outdoor retail store, to the point of picking out exactly what I wanted... but I could never pull the trigger on buying it due to the prices. I heard about the outlet but didn't want to deal with climbing all over discarded furniture in a warehouse looking for hidden gems. I read the reviews and decided to make the hour drive and check it out. The customer service experience was EVEN BETTER than the retail store, the selection was fabulous, and I was able to buy everything on my wish list in one visit. From the salesmen (Matthew is AMAZING, Carlos was a big help, and Daniel provided support) to the quality of the furniture, to the organized layout of the warehouse, to the selection... what a great place! And then Erick, their 3rd party delivery person, brought it all to my house the next day and set it up for a reasonable price. If you need patio furniture or yard decor (rugs, planters, etc), this is the place to start!”

“I have bought a number of Sobu pieces over the years (couch, side table, pendant light, and most recently dining chairs) and adore all of them! While the staff have always been very helpful, I live a little further away now so tend to just order online because I know which pieces I want and their delivery has been speedy and fantastic. Their pieces are incredibly well-made and beautiful and are quietly rugged enough for daily use without showing barely any wear, and strike the balance I love between modern and nostalgic. It's amazing to find a local store that's my go-to for nearly all furniture and homeware I'm looking for, with the added bonus of avoiding big box retailers!”

“Moved into a new home and needed to start from scratch. Joey helped us out over multiple visits and was both professional and friendly. He is in tune with latest trends and tastes so he can definitely guide you if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. He was patient and thorough in showing options that fit to your needs such as your room size, tv size, viewing distance, household size, etc. He does push you to put a deposit down but I understand that’s the nature of his job in sales.
I bought multiple big items: sofa, tv stand, dining table & chairs, and a dresser. They aren’t the highest quality items but for the price, I am satisfied with them. Beats out a lot of direct to consumer brands in terms of value. Not the most stylish but functional and comfortable.
The delivery was a great experience as well. The crew was careful with both the furniture and my home/ hardwood floors. They took off their shoes without asking and used a thick blanket of sorts for protection.”

I had been searching online and at larger furniture stores for a month or two, trying to find a couch that fit my apartment. I needed very specific dimensions for my space, and nothing felt customizable enough. One day, walking along Grand Ave, I finally stopped into their showroom — a place I had passed many times without realizing what was inside.

“I bought a couch at Alpha Design after falling in love with my friend's couch, also from Alpha Design. We had been looking for a new couch for at least a couple of years, and never found anything we really liked. Hans was able to customize so many aspects of our couch that were not possible to customize with other companies.
