“I've been to Occidental a couple of times now, and it has quickly become the place for my friends and I to get a great drink and smoke a cigar after work; even the ones who don't smoke! The selection of cigars is fantastic and the owners mix up an excellent Manhattan. The ambience and decor of the joint is what you would expect from such an establishment and will not disappoint. Most important however, the owners make cigar smoking accessible to newer folks, and the clientele is probably the most diverse your going to find in a bar around the FiDi.I would absolutely recommend the Occidental to anyone looking to smoke a cigar and have a drink in SF.”

“This place is so fun! If you want to get away from the college bars and just have a lowkey evening, this is the place to be. They have beer, hard cider, and other non-alcoholic drinks, so if you want a fancy cocktail I would maybe think twice. But the interior is very cozy and filled with really cool decor. The person at the counter was very nice and welcoming. I just said hi, was asked to show my ID because this is a bar and I'm 25 (normal) , and I tried my FIRST glass of honey wine! So good. Highly recommend :)”

“Helpful staff with a VAST selection of smoking / vape glassware. Some items overpriced big time, mostly fair though. Example: I purchased butane & was told $10 / can or 2 / $15, great, wrap it up I'll take it, upon further inspection back at headquarters on the can label it reads " NOT for individual sale, buy one get one free BOGO" in other words the discount they got was not passed on to me.”
“This has been my go-to smoke shop for some years now, mainly because of the excellent customer service and unique products that they bring in! Whenever I had an issue with a product, the owner Nas would go above and beyond in addressing my concerns. He is very knowledgable, friendly, and an overall great guy. The shop itself has been remodeled over the past couple years and looks clean, sleek and modern. Highly recommend!”

“This is my favorite smoke shop in the area. I’ve been going here for about two years now, ever since I moved to the bay. They have everything you could need from bongs to down stems, to top notch grinders, cigarettes, rolling trays, and even drinks and snacks! I don’t go to any other smoke shops because they always have what I need! I absolutely adore the family who runs this shop, and the customer service is always top notch. They are really nice people, it’s always a joy to go into the shop. Thank you guys for being so kind.”

“I came in yesterday to get some dab pieces. The guy there was helpful i accidently purchased the wrong piece came back 5 min later and exchanged. They also had a big selection of bongs and bangers. They had adapters aswell. I got some top pieces and the one he suggested worked the best. I will come back”

“Really good papers haven't received any stale papers. Go to shop if I ever need a vape, papers, bong, pipe, baggies, and whatever other smoke essentials. They have Yocan batteries amazing batteries long lasting if you smoke carts. Really good customer service. Cheapest vape they got is 10 and still a solid vape.”
