“Very nice branch. Recently remodeled. Two entrances but challenging to get in. Open on Saturday but they close at 12 noon. You just have to deal with it and plan. I've arrived late many times. Sometimes I get in at the last second other times I'm turned away. Just how it is. Don't get mad at the staff. Change the labor laws and get rid of overtime”
“Today, I experienced truly European-level customer service in the U.S. at this bank. Honestly, it was the first time I was treated like a VIP client, and I felt right at home.
As I entered the bank, behind the glass to my right, an employee, Jose Mendoza, made eye contact with me. He was working on his computer at the time, but despite that, he put his tasks aside and approached me to ask how he could assist. I explained that I urgently needed to open a bank account, and he immediately invited us to sit down and even offered us water—which was a huge surprise and something not very typical in the U.S. banks.
This level of attention left a great impression and made us want to continue banking here. Jose then went to check with other employees to see who could assist us without an appointment. Within a minute, a cheerful and very courteous Elizabeth F. Morales greeted us. She warmly invited us to her desk and, with great professionalism, explained everything and helped us open the account.
We were extremely satisfied with the service at this branch and will be recommending it to friends and family. I also highly recommend booking an appointment in advance, but if you ever find yourself in an urgent situation like we did, I believe these wonderful employees will do their best to assist you.
To the bank’s management—I highly recommend giving these employees a bonus, and other branches should take them as an example!”

He has helped me with our Girl Scouts troop as well as my Personal mortgage Account. Always facilitates conversations with customer service calls and stays on 3 way until helped.
