“Where do I begin! Super fast & GREAT service even though there were quite a few people in the lobby when I got there. Very upbeat and warm welcome from the staff. The nice gentleman who picked us up in the shuttle was so polite, arrived to pick us up from the dealership in no more than 10 minutes & we had awesome conversation! Made the ride even more enjoyable. SO I had quite the journey.. My car was in the shop & I went here for a rental. When it was time to return the rental I had it for well over a month. There was A-LOT of miscommunication with the warranty folks and who would cover what. The professionalism, the support, the ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE I received from Sterling the manager was phenomenal! Sterling THANK YOU for EVERYTHING! “This location has a nice selection of vehicles with friendly efficient staff that get you in and out real quick. I did have an issue with returning the vehicle but that was due to returning the vehicle to Audi while picking up my car. The issue was addressed with a quick call. Great customer service!”

“Received a paperless coupon from Budget and attempted to use it at the Sacramento Airport. The agent said he didn’t need it and it would be applied. Looked at my bill and it showed a $400 hold from Budget. I called the 1-800 number and was told they couldn’t help me as the coupon should have been used at the time of the rental. I drove to the Bidwell location and Neel the branch manager was there and helped resolve the problem. He was super helpful and very courteous. I would recommend this office and doing business with them.”

“I have rented from avis/budget at this location twice so far both we good experiences. They were quick easy with no mess let you chose what car you like out of the ones in the reserved class that were available. I never had any problems with drop off and they are open till noon on weekends, which was good for me as a drop off time.”
