“I am sure I've crossed triple digits on my OTF studio count and the El Dorado Hills studio stands out because of their weight selection. Not many studios have 17.5 pounders plus a bunch of other in-between hex weights, so well done whoever decided to add those to the mix. I've been here a couple of times on my way to Lake Tahoe, and it's located where there is easy parking and a charming commercial district. The coaching have been great and the desk staff welcoming. The studio is a large rectangular space that I like, but the floor gets a bit crowded when the class is full and there are lots of weights being slung to and fro :-) Great location and I look forward to my next visit!”

“I love this place. It’s one of the few gyms where there’s camaraderie. The community is friendly encouraging. I love the big open space. Eric, my boxing trainer, is top notch. He makes it fun while teaching me technique paired with a good workout. He’s patient and makes working out fun. I highly recommend this place!”

“EDH CrossFit is amazing!I was worried getting back into working out after having kids. I didn't know if I'd have the time, be able to stay committed and if I would even see results.After 4 months, I can say I MAKE time, take my kids if I need to and have definitely seen results!I go 3-4 days a week and the workouts, while intimidating at first (there is a learning curve with the language and abbreviations) are varied, never boring, as hard as I want them to be and fun.I needed a lot of direction at first and the coach was so helpful. I never felt embarrassed. Even the community would step up and offer help when I needed it. The workouts are also scalable while you develop muscle strength or nurse an injury.The community of people there are amazing. They are supportive, encouraging and just wonderful to be around. I always walk out feeling so invigorated.I also appreciate the fact that there are moms there that bring their child (infant to teen) when they need to. I take my 10yo homeschooler with me every day and they are so kind to him.If you are looking at getting back into working out after some time off or even if you are new, this is a FANTASTIC place to join!You will be supported, encouraged, see amazing results, and have fun!”
