“I love this YMCA. They offer a lot of classes and services for all ages. The water aerobics and workouts are my favorites but I also love to watch all the Pickle Ball tournaments. It's older, but well maintained and great people.”
“Since 2006, I've been working out at this location, back when it was still Fitness19. Alongside, I maintained a membership at another well-known gym, one equipped with a swimming pool, sauna, and a massage room. Despite these luxuries, I often found myself dreading my workouts. It seemed like every other person was busy recording and posting on social media.Lifestyle Gym may not have amenities like the sauna and swimming pool, but what I gain in return is invaluable: a judgment-free workout environment. Plus, the availability of machines is always consistent, allowing me to exercise in peace, undisturbed by crowds or distractions. I have no regrets closing my other gym membership.”
“It is a really good place, BUT most of the visitors don't wipe the equipment after using, especially elderly people, women. Could you explain to the guests they MUST clean equipment”
“I returned to OTF a year ago after the pandemic threw me off my training routine, and I’m so glad I did!
It was just as great as I remembered. I love the structure of the classes. Having a coach guide me through well-designed workouts means I don’t have to overthink things. The routines are constantly changing, so I never get bored, and I can feel my fitness continuing to improve.
The staff and trainers are consistently polite, helpful, and professional. The facility is always clean and well-stocked, with thoughtful extras like earplugs, deodorant, tampons, tissues etc if you need them.
There are dressing rooms, showers, lockers and bathrooms on-site, everything’s designed to make it easy to get in, get your workout done, pat yourself on the back ? and get on with your day.”
