There's NO JUDGEMENT. ( Oh...and it's clean) Lol”

“Been going to this gym for the past 6-7 months daily now and I would have to say best gym I've been too so far, it's nice, clean and the employees really care about the organization of equipment at the facility, it may be small but it brings a huge package too individuals who truly care or are starting out on their fitness journey, that's also including the affordable price I pay for 25$ monthly definitely worth the bargain if you're trying to get in shape, this gym has everything you could ever ask for, such as heavy weights, benches, cable machines, dip and pull up bars and also the endless amounts of cardio equipment. The employees are extremely friendly and fitness oriented and have a vast knowledge about working out and diet. Devin (manager) & sean (personal trainer) are always there on the weekdays keeping the gym in tip top condition. If I could give more than 5 stars I would but that being said I would definitely recommend going here if you are in the Carmichael/Fair Oaks area and looking for a respectable & affordable gym.”
