“I’ve been going to kaia for almost 2 years. Hands down one of the best decision that I have made. Classes are engaging and challenging but accommodations are always available. The coaches are amazing! All of them are so supportive, I feel so lucky to have such a great support system. Viki , the owner , is so fun, energetic and caring . Highly recommend kaia !”

“CrossFit Folsom Lake is a wonderful environment to learn CrossFit and support you in your personal development goals. Starting CrossFit was intimidating at first and I have grown to love it. The coaches are very patient, supportive, and great at catering their coaching based on my individual needs. Since becoming a member, CrossFit Folsom Lake has been a safe place for me to grow my skills and strength while feeling like I am part of a community. The members of CrossFit Folsom Lake are welcoming and supportive too and I have made many lasting friendships. I highly recommend CrossFit Folsom Lake to all and especially if you are new to CrossFit and looking for a safe, fun, and motivating place to learn CrossFit and challenge yourself to become more healthy.”

“When my faub stopped allowing me access to the gym, I didn’t know what the problem was. Erin helped me problem solve… thinking way outside the box to help me gain access until I could sort it out with my insurance company. She multi tasked by continuing her training work with a member and working with me on my dilemma. We settled on a short term solution with the promise that she was sure that Patrick could take it from there and solve the mystery shortly. All along I was treated with great customer care and I very much appreciate it! Let’s go now Anytime Fitness… Folsom! ?️”

“Awesome people I’ve been away from an army base for almost a year now for Recruiting assignment. The environment of teamwork and pursuit of fitness goals reminds me of the camaraderie that you’d find on an Army base. This is my second trial week here, definitely recommend if you want to be with like minded people that push and motivate you.T.”

“Ever since I began my fitness journey, I've tried my fair share of gyms and fitness centers. But nothing has quite resonated with me like KSV Fitness. Here's a snapshot of my time there: From day one, I felt this genuine warmth. The members and staff weren't just friendly; they had this welcoming and positive aura that made me feel instantly at home. One person who stood out was Kurt. It's clear he's a master of his craft in the fitness realm. Every conversation with him left me more informed and inspired about my own health journey. Now, let's talk workouts. Some days were strength-focused, others honed in on cardio, but each session felt like a revelation. I'd find myself pushing harder than ever before, yet strangely, enjoying every moment of it. It felt almost like a 'Jedi Mind Trick.' I was working out intensely but relishing the experience more than I ever had. But what truly sealed the deal for me was the emphasis on safety. Despite pushing boundaries, I never felt at risk. The ethos at KSV Fitness seems to be: get strong, get "ripped", but never at the expense of your wellbeing. All in all, KSV Fitness has been more than just a gym for me. It's been a community, a mentorship, and a place where I've rediscovered my love for fitness. If you're ever looking for a space to transform and thrive, I'd highly recommend it.”

“The instructors are incredibly helpful and caring. It’s a great place for beginners to learn and also perfect if you have some experience and want to turn up the heat. Mike the manager and all of the coaches have gone out of their way several times to make sure I’m getting everything I want and more out of my membership. Amazing culture, sweet atmosphere, and I can’t recommend this place enough.”

“Ask for dharmani. Awesome guy, he's one of the trainers and he took the time to help me out with an issue I was having without hesitation. I wasn't even a client. And the exercise he suggested instantly caused something that was out of whack to click back in place. It's great when people help people.”

“I am so not a gym person, but I could live at Lifetime Fitness. It's become both a social and a fitness gathering place. The trainers are amazing. Everyone calls me by name. I'm 69 years old, so I'm in the Arora program for older folks. It's fun. I actually look forward to coming. Who knew.”

“The only reason I can't give this gym 5 stars is because of the restroom. 9/10 times the toilets are out of order or clogged up. I'm not sure if its the kids or irresponsible adults but they need to do something to maintain the restrooms daily. Besides that the staff is friendly and the weights/machines are great. Depending on how it goes I might switch locations or cancel altogether”

“We are visiting from out of town. I wanted to take my disabled daughter swimming. I called beforehand to make sure the pool was open. A super friendly young man was very helpful and let me know that it was open and for a reasonable fee of $25 for me and $10 for my daughter I could absolutely take her swimming. The front desk girl was equally as friendly and helpful in filling out the waiver. Easy peasy. The gym was spacious and very clean. But best of all, for my disabled daughter in a wheelchair, everything was well marked and easy to navigate. Two handicap bathroom stalls. One large shower with a bench and two private dressing areas. The counters were perfect height. It was easy to maneuver her wheelchair through the locker room and through the gym to the pool. A large lap pool, a hot tub and two separate recreational pools were outside. Lots of choices! And while it was early November, the kid's water park looked super fun for summertime!A great experience from the disability perspective. From the first phone call to exit. Highly recommend this gym!”
