I have to say although the shopping experience was great....I am giving this review because of an employee named Roberta who helped me at one of the shop and go check out lanes. When I reached there, she had started on the package I needed and helped with setting up the account, transferring the number, etc, etc. All this would have taken me half a day on my own, but with her help, it was a seamless setup. I had been on the phone with them for four hours before I came into the store, feeling quite defeated. But Shane took the time to assist me in making call after call and stayed with me for two more hours. He even reviewed my account and spoke on my behalf when I was wrongly charged a fee.
