This is my favorite bank in the area! I love the customer service and love the cookies they have on Friday. Everyone here is such a pleasant experience, last time Dani helped me out and he was so courteous and patient. Excellent choice to switch over to Umpqua. They are definitely the worlds greatest bank!

I transferred my accounts from B of A. The quality of their service has continued to decline through the years. Umpqua Bank has rendered excellent service to me.
