Dave nodded sagely, as if he’d heard the tire tales of a thousand souls. They were very polite and helpful, they made the auction completion process very smoothly. And they even went an extra mile by helping me discard some small bags of trash that was collected from my purchased unit. You Guys rock!Oh by the way the office facilities is very clean and the glass windows walls spotless, I almost was confused; mistaken for a walkthrough, because office glass walls are so clean and clear.I like this place!”

“Used Gentle Giant for a move between Mountain View and San Francisco, and the experience was seamless! Ray and Aidan were professional and friendly. “Justin and Eric showed up on-time to move 2 empty but heavy filing cabinets, 2 banker's boxes of documents, 1 empty plastic filing drawer, 1 snack table, and a chair, from San Francisco to the East Bay area. The move, from beginning to finish, took 2 hours. They were efficient & careful, and wrapped the snack table & the chair in furniture pads to avoid damage to the fine wood. At the destination, they exercised great care in placing the filing cabinets on top of platforms that I made with stepping stones. Also, they were jolly & courteous throughout the entire process. David Z., the proprietor of the company, was extremely gracious to me from the get-go, and gave me a very reasonable price for a Sunday evening move. I would definitely call on him again next time I needed anything moved, and I would request the help of the Justin & Eric team as well.”

“Would be 5 star if open earlier on weekends. I store surfboards there and like to get to the beach early on weekends. After 8AM on Saturday and Sunday and I will be waiting a while for a parking space. It would be nice to be able to get to my gear before then.”

“I don't know what happened with some of those who left bad reviews. We've used this location for 3-4 years. We had one unit for most of that time, added a 2nd 10X10 for the last 6 months as we were in the process of a move. What worked the most for us was that the place is secure, you can't get in outside biz hours, place is clean and there is comfort in knowing the cameras are there. Anytime we needed service we got it, either from the Manager Cammy or anyone working at the desk. In our time there we never had any problems with the basic functionality, like the elevator, or using our code to get in. We compared with other local units when we first looked and settle on Broadway Self Storage, glad we did.”
