“Great staff, can't say thank you enough for all there help especially Steff and Alisha. They have been kind and attentive to making sure I have the best experience. I had some trouble with my code on the 2nd day after I moved in but they made things right. I even had an emergency and my phone died last time I was at my unit, Steff was kind enough to let me use her charger until I got my phone back on.”

“My car was starting to shake/vibrate and I knew I needed to get something fixed. I initially took my car to another mechanic who gave me a long list of proposed repairs including new tires with a big price tag. They said the main reason why my car was shaking/vibrating was because they thought I had a bent rim on one of my wheels. I told them it was too much and they submitted a 2nd service proposal within my budget but not including new tires. Because I was not yet comfortable accepting their service proposal just yet, I decided to get a 2nd opinion and chose Shaffer's. And I'm so glad I did! He immediately said the shaking and vibration (as well as the car veering off to the left) was all because my tires were too worn down and coming apart. He said I didn't have a bent rim - it was because an air pocket had formed between the tire and the metal part of the wheel, causing the tire to bulge and thus the shaking/vibration. Sure enough, after 4 new tires, the veering and shaking was solved the car drove smoothly again! By choosing Shaffer's I was able to get a correct diagnosis of the problem and it fixed for a reasonable price!”

“Would be 5 star if open earlier on weekends. I store surfboards there and like to get to the beach early on weekends. After 8AM on Saturday and Sunday and I will be waiting a while for a parking space. It would be nice to be able to get to my gear before then.”
“Had a unit here for a few years, all of my belongings were kept safe and in good condition. There's a police station down the street, and there's plenty of surveillance in and outside the building. It's located next to the Bart, Caltrain, and several bus routes.
Lisa is a great owner. She is quick to help, and was kind enough to help during her off hours. If I ever go back to the bay area, I'll definitely rent here again.”
“Preparing for an art show at Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Museum contacted Ship Art to pick up the art pieces arriving from California. They arrived as estimated, wrapped the piece for traveling across country, talked about their system and when it would arrive in Philadelphia (in time). Watching us wrap the art to wear piece, they offered to wrap it in a box they had and we watched as they expertly took care of wrapping the art to wear. They just returned the piece after the close of the show, and it looks great, and we kept their box to protect it. We were contacted of the return date and time window and someone had to be at the address, and we were. Ship Art is a responsible, very professional company. Communication is very important.”
