“It's a bank. I bring them money, they hold onto it for me. I write checks. They figure out the rest. That's what banks typically do! However, this branch in particular, is tucked away underneath a shiny black building. And within this secluded branch are a series of tellers who assist and smile. (For legal reasons, I must also inform you that I cannot confirm their smiles as they are constantly wearing face masks. But.. you know, you can kind of tell it in their tone.) I've made deposits, called on the phone, gotten a certified check, wired money. They've suggested ways for my company to save money. They've called me personally on the single time there was an irregularity with my account. So I'm quite satisfied. And when it comes to stars: one each for Lily, Fiona, Susan, Tiffany, Holly, and Jesse. And Yelp needs to figure out how to show that this review gets six stars.”

“We went in to open bank account and we didn't have appointment. It was fairly quick. They run your credit to open bank account which I found odd but they have great interest rates for their customers so it's worth it. We were done by 30 mins. We had filled out most information online so it made it quicker.”

“BE AWARE OF CUNA DEBT PROTECTWhen I refinance my car, I noticed that my car balance was increasing $25 per month, which I found it shocking since I never heard that term in the refinancing agreements, turns out that it is an extra insurance that if a credit user from the car passes away, they pay the car as well. My car was not very expensive, so I did not find it necessary. If you don't want to be charged $25 extra, be aware of the cuna debt protect in your account statements. Polite people, low interest rates. I recommend coming here to refinance but be aware of extra charges.”

“11/15/2022 I came here.Martin Santil worked very hard to help every customer. He asked and took care of every customer who was waiting in line for business. He also brought in chairs for waiting client. I feel the seriousness and responsibility of the staff here. Aracely was very professional and quickly helped me with the wire transfer. Compared to the other Wells Fargo Branch I went to; the staff here is so much better. I asked for the business card of the person who helped me, and they deserve the excellent review.”

“I have been banking with chase for about 4 years now. I have never really had any problems with them. Most of my transactions are done through outside drive thru a.t.m. there is 2 on site. If you get off to a walk up a.t.m inside there is 3. They also have 2 a.t.m inside by the tellers that are only accessible when the bank is open. At those you can withdraw up to 10k. This location usually has a handful of tellers helping out with customers at their desks and 2 tellers with transactions. There is plenty of parking but late Thursday-Saturday the parking is always full. There is street parking on the Garvey side. Coffee is available inside.”

“I made an appointment with the notary at the bank, I first called and was told she was unavailable and will call me back. Jessica called me back within the hour to set up the appointment for the next day. I came in the following day and was greeted by Jessica who told me Enedelia would be helping me out. She was very helpful and personable. This branch is much more in tune with their clients and other local branches I have visited.”

“Ths place was amazing i was helped by Philip tsui today he helped me figure out all my problems and gave me solutions very nice and made me feel welcome and taken care off he really cared for my best solution i also want to thank the front greater or front counter assistant a gentleman in a beige suit didnt catch his name great at his job i can only imagine how overwhelming it must of been for him trying to help everyone walking in the door. Yet he managed to help everyone i was really impress by how well they helped out over all satisfied the service here is great im glad i choosed this bank .”
