“Hadn't had a checking account for years, and wasn't sure I could get one because of a bad mark on my SCAN report. Joanna Ho, the Lead Branch Manager, got me set up and very thoroughly explained everything I needed to know, plus I received an ATM card I could start using immediately. Add to that getting $300 from the bank for opening an account in July and setting up direct deposit! Joanna's the most helpful person I've EVER met in a bank, and I'm 69! This is a tiny branch in Walmart, so sometimes there's a wait, but the tellers are very efficient.”

“Service is fast and quick. Parking is in a tight lot when you enter Delta Ave. Place is clean. Have to ring the door bell for them to open the door automatically. Have 3 chairs for waiting”

“My daughters and I were in the San Gabriel Valley (SGV) area for lunch with my dear friends. After lunch, we did our food run for the week, but I didn't have much cash on me. We found this Wells Fargo on Walnut Grove just a few minutes from the food court where we were heading. And it's in the same shopping center as Walmart. Funny, I have been a SGVer for the last 4+ decades and I have never shopped at Walmart out in SGV... maybe because I am normally out here to eat and shop for Asian stuff LOL. Anyway, this Wells Fargo has two ATMs for use. It doesn't look like a big bank from the outside, but looks can be deceiving. It was a very quick ATM visit indeed. Looks pretty clean outside. However, what caught my eyes were the two trash bins nearby adjacent to the bank. Not sure if the trash bins belong to the bank... I doubt it, but they were nicely covered so they don't appear to be trash bins. I'll be back to use this bank when on the south side of SGV. Yes, there is also a Wells Fargo on the north side that I use LOL. Gotta cover all compass of banks.”

“I find that the people here working do just that work. Yes you have to socialize but they keep it to a minimum. Consideration for those who are in line. I've been to neighboring facilities and oh my God it like story time with the customers nevermind the 15 people waiting . I order what I need it's t h every when they say it's there even will get a call. They should not be taking Saturdays off here. Corporate should reconsider giving back these employees more hours to work on Saturday's and close the other ones down. You get less chit chat and more work done here than.”

It's my first time of visiting a BOA center because i just came here about a week. There wasn't a long queue, the staff are friendly and helpful. The staff named Joyce who helped me open a new account was very nice and patient. She helped me do everything step by step offering warm and professional service, which I was really satisfied. “A young hispanic girl dressed in a suit was very nice. She was very helpful at explaining the various checking options, even though I do not bank here. At JP Morgan Chase at Pasadena Lake, you have to wait a long time for a representative to be with you.”
