“I went to Auto Zone in Montebello to check my battery and alternator. They told me both my battery and alternator needed to be changed. They didn't want to help with changing the batter and could really care less.I then went to O'Reillys and KEVIN helped me out SIGNIFICANTLY! Not only did he help me realize it was just my bad battery, he got his tools to take the parts out install my battery for free. I have 2013 chevy impala so there a a few steps and tools needed to take it out. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Never going to Autozone again. KEVIN at O'Reillys was awesome! Thank you again!”

But they're friendly and once they even put my wipers on for me, in the rain. Location is convenient. Prices are high compared to online but not outrageous and it's nice to have a brick-and-mortar place nearby.”

“This review is for James. a cool guy juggling multiple customers while trying to open my car key fob. After trying himself and not succeeding (not his fault this screw is tiny and effed up) he suggested options around the area and what would be most cost efficient.
