“I prefer local neighborhood Hardware stores over big box stores. Grants Hardware is a great place to shop. They have a wide variety of items and most of all they have great customer service.”

“Stopped bye this shop this morning, I was in need of an 8mm bolt. The people inside the store were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend you check this place out for your bolts, nuts and other fasteners. Just a small business doing good business while trying to compete with the big box Stores. You don’t get customer service from the big box stores. You only find it from small proprietors.”

“Ive been buying from Jansen online for a few years, im always amazed at how quick they get orders processed/shipped! I was heading to the area and decided to stop in to grab some stuff to avoid shipping costs. Stopped by the location, all of the staff was super friendly and helpful. They even interacted with my 3 year old and made her day with a small gift. While they were gathering my parts the owner gave me a tour of all there buildings/offerings. I was always pleased with them through online purchasing, but even more so now after visiting them in person! Such a great place with great pricing/quality products.”

“This review is for Jose and Victor! I ordered a tool box cart that initially arrived damaged. Customer service was really awesome and quick to make it right by arranging for a pick up to refund me. Jose and Victor came out to get the damaged tool box and let us know that they had a brand new one in a box that they could bring. So they made a whole extra trip to drive us a new tool box that was in perfect condition and even offered to put it together for us. Not to mention it was super hot outside and they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Really appreciated that and happy to use our new tool box!”

“I am very appreciative of the Manager Kamram for her accommodating and helping us with the paint we had problem with. She allowed her paint dept. to help us with our paint. The paint dept. Yesenia spent a lot of time and effort to help us get our paint mixed and matched as best as possible. I want to say: This Home Depot has got a couple of very good employee: Specifically Manager Kamram and paint dept. Yesenia. Please thank them for all that they do for us customers.”
