“The crew at this Sam's Club Tire Shop are phenomenal! So helpful and kind. They searched high and low for a rare out of stock battery for my car with a quickness and smile. The service here is top notch - Specifically Joey and Howard went the extra mile to get me in and out, even during peak hour! I will definitely be coming back for tires next time! If you stop in, look out for Joey or Howard if you need quick assistance!”

“No doubt I'm a Costco girl but this year I wanted to give Sam's club a fair chance. I bought the membership and I got the credit card which is great. I'll be there about five I usually go to the one in El Monte or the one in Ontario. They're fairly big stores. I really like it. When I'm with my kids or friends we sometimes stop over at the cafe which is unfriendly at unhelpful and has no Business working for the public, El Monte, the Ontario Cafe is fine. I prefer Costco hot dogs any day, the pizza is good.. Sam's club pizza has vegetables which is great. They also have fantastic so good even my kids love those salads under five bucks top of my list and other selections like a pretzel pizza which I haven't tried. Maybe next time. Also, they have something like brownie ice cream thing. Can't wait to try that. I'll go back even if they're rude, so long as I can see what they're doing to my food. I'm straight, ya sabes. ENJOY!!!”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Pharmacist Kimberly Diep for her professionalism and kindness. Over Labor Day, CVS’s scheduling system let me book a flu shot appointment at a CVS inside Target, but when I showed up the location was closed for the holiday. Since the flu shot was already billed through insurance, other CVS locations told me there was nothing they could do.
When I went to Kimberly’s CVS, she went above and beyond to try to help. She even took the time to call my insurance company to see if the claim could be reversed so I wouldn’t be left without my vaccine. Even though it couldn’t be fixed that day, I really appreciated how much effort she put in during her busy workday.
I returned to Kimberly the next day to finally get my flu shot because she had earned my trust and respect with her dedication to patient care. The CVS system may have failed me, but Kimberly did not. CVS is lucky to have her!”

“Melanie and Angie are absolute heroes. My two-year-old had just come home from the emergency department with pneumonia, and we were having a hard time finding a pharmacy that carried the antibiotics she needed. It was right around closing time when I called, but without hesitation, they stepped in to help.
They ensured we got the medication that same night so we could start treatment immediately—even staying after closing to make it happen. Their kindness, urgency, and dedication to patient care meant everything to our family during a stressful time.
Thank you both for going above and beyond. You are truly appreciated. If more people had Melanie’s and Angie’s compassion, the world would be a better place to be.”

“This store has everything locked up and when I found what I needed the customer service was fast and very nice and I asked about other products because this was my first time at this location and I was given the aisles where I needed to find the product I was looking for The customer service was excellent they told me directly where to go and where to find what I need it and went to him when you even came with me to look for makeup removers and they were helpful with me at the toothpaste area because they had to open the glass so I had an encounter with each customer service rep and it was very polite very nice and they even help me to save so thank you so much CVS I'm in West Covina I haven't had that kind of service in a long time”

“?❤️ ? I’ve been a customer of this El Montè location for many many years… All of my pharmacy prescriptions electronically gets sent out from all my doctors to this location. The pharmacy manager Lisa & Angie are highly experienced & professional, including their Rx pharmacy tech’s by the name of Anna, Patricia, Naomi, Helen & the rest of the crew work like a team work. They are quick & efficient, where all of my meds gets picked up in a timely manner without any delays!!!They even have a home delivery service.The rest of the store is clean, organized & always in order…Thanks to Henry the store manager, where he’s on top of his game & welcomes you “ALWAYS” like a customer…”
