DICK’S Sporting Goods in El Segundo is a popular destination for sports, exercise, and outdoor equipment. The store is known for its wide range of products, including footwear, workout clothes, sports equipment, camping gear, bikes, and kayaks from top brands. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable staff who assist in finding the right items, such as baseball gloves, golf clubs, and fishing equipment. Many reviews highlight the exceptional customer service, particularly by employees like Joel and Vanessa, who go above and beyond to help shoppers. Joel, in particular, received praise for his dedication to resolving customer issues, such as finding the right baseball socks and assisting with helmet adjustments. However, some customers found the store experience lacking, mentioning discrepancies in stock availability and feeling that prices were higher compared to competitors. While the online chat service was noted as helpful, certain interactions at the counter could be improved. Overall, DICK’S Sporting Goods offers a vast selection of products and helpful staff, but some shoppers advise checking other stores for better deals.
Their hours posted is not correct on google. I showed up at 9am but they didn’t open until 10am. They also didn’t have the shoe that they were supposed to have in stock. Wasted trip.
