“I went to The Grotto after seeing it recommended on Reddit. I needed a suit for my wedding, and I had a pretty clear vision in mind. Not only did Danny and The Grotto Team help me make that vision a reality, but we even managed to improve upon it to make a suit I couldn't be happier with. It's beautiful, and my fiance loves it, too! The customer service was excellent, and the suit is beautiful and high quality. Would recommend to anyone!”

“Needed a suit for a few weddings I have coming up. I went into the store a little less than a week ago. Experience in store was great - staff was super friendly, they were helpful with some suggestions and took their time taking measurements of the pants (amazingly, the jacket fit perfectly with no alterations needed). A day after visiting, the team texted me thanking me for coming in and I just now received a text to let me know the alterations were done on the pants. I get why companies try to operate like an assembly line and get folks in and out - but it doesn't take a ton of effort to communicate with the clients and to do so in an informal and friendly way, and it's much appreciated. Would definitely recommend State & Liberty if you're in the market for a comfortable suit, and would recommend the Manhattan Beach store if you're in the area”

Merchandise: Mostly Men’s Clothing and surfing gear is sold here with an adherence to sustainability. Varied styles and a bigger online catalog. Casual surfer clothing widely available. Price: The merchandise is pricier but if you are going to be environmentally conscious you will be okay shopping here. Service: We had an excellent interaction with the staff at the El Segundo location.”

“Excellent selection of items. The layout is comfortable to walk around. There are spacious fitting rooms with good lighting. Two stories in case that makes a difference to you. You do have to go upstairs for additional items.”
