“Truly terrific service! I blitzed in the door with a load of gifts to go to two different addresses on opposite sides of the country. One had long, skinny dowels and a bunch of size mis-matched items, some fragile. The other had plain fragile items and overall less random sizing. It took quite a bit of measuring and re-fitting to find the right box, pack all the fragile items in bubble wrap, collect the addresses, and ready the boxes for out the door and on their way. Robin was great, totally unflappable even when two customers with different questions arrived in the middle of my boxing up. They were happy to "get in and get out" without complications, and I was OK with the interruption--it's that kind of place--people are courteous and careful! Major applause to Robin, who despite my items' mis-matched sizes and a Rubic's cube of ways to keep the fragiles organized in the boxes and delivered safely, got it all done pretty quickly even while interrupted by quick-question customers. I didn't have the heart to make them wait for simple things when my double-box set was kind of a pain to wait through. Led to some nice conversation, too! Smiles all round at the end, so: Wow! I'd go back with no hesitation! AAA+++ from AA:)”

“This is the best post office I’ve ever been to. The staff is always so warm, so welcoming, efficient, helpful. They have a lovely little section of the shop with candles, jewelry, journals, playing cards etc. I truly look forward to when I have mail to send and I will never go anywhere else. They also seem to know everyone by name who has a post box there so seems like a great place to do that.”

“Excellent Customer Service
I want to recognize Thomas and Steven at this UPS location for their excellent customer service. I had accidentally sent a very important envelope to the wrong address, and it was extremely urgent for me. I called the store only about 10 minutes before closing after customer service instructed me to contact the location for help with changing the address.
Even though it was almost closing time, Thomas was incredibly patient and took the time to gather all my information. He reassured me that they would take care of it and explained the process, including opening a ticket and changing the address or resending the package. He also explained that if it couldn't be completed that night, they would make it a priority first thing in the morning. His patience and reassurance really helped me during a stressful situation.
The next day, Steven called me to verify the information and process the address change. I unfortunately missed his first call, but he took the time to call me a second time. That really showed me that they genuinely cared about helping me and making sure the issue was resolved.
I am extremely grateful to Thomas and Steven. This was excellent, excellent service!
They understood how urgent the situation was and treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism.

“Andrew is a high quality trainer who exceeded all expectations. Extremely confident and straight to the point. Our dog Koa had anxiety and basic obedience issues. With just 14 days of boarding and training with Andrew, Koa learned all basic obedience commands along with being able to walk nicely. Not only does he train your dog but he also coaches you as the owner on how to sustain the behavior and reinforce them at home. “Really convenient little shop with super friendly and helpful customer service. They handle shipments via FedEx and USPS Ground, which makes it easy to get things out quickly. Just keep in mind this is an affiliated location, not a full FedEx store, so if you’re looking for special FedEx rates or full services, you’ll need to go to a main FedEx location. For everyday shipping needs though, this spot is quick, easy, and reliable.
Parking could be tricky, but there is a big strip mall just behind the corner”
