“I can’t recommend Morris Automotive enough. They exceeded every expectation and gave me a level of comfort, clarity and trust that I’ve honestly never experienced with a mechanic before.
I came to them for a second opinion after my dealership gave me an outrageous quote and made me feel like my car was on the verge of breaking down if I didn’t address a long list of issues ASAP. From the moment I brought my car to Morris, the experience was completely different. They immediately made me feel like I was in good hands.
They were fast, communicative, thorough and incredibly professional. They took the time to really inspect my car and then walked me through exactly what they found—what actually needed attention, what I should prioritize and, just as importantly, what I didn’t need to worry about. It turned out that most of what the dealership had told me was urgent simply wasn’t.
What stood out most was that I never felt like they were trying to sell me something. I felt like they were on my side. They gave me clear, practical recommendations, kept me updated throughout the process and charged me an incredibly fair price for the work.

I received a call the next day at 8:30am with a diagnosis and 3 pricing options for my tires. My car was ready for pickup when I finished my shift at 3:30pm, same day. “I went to valvoline for my oil change and kassius the worker there is his Awesome aswell.... I recommend going to him for ypur oil change...he transfered me to jackpot tires & breaks.... i came to them because of a nail in my tire.... I realized I came to them before, but I forgot where they were what their address was im so glad I found them again..... because they did the rotating on my tires in which I bought from them and fixed the nail on my tire, it looked new again..... they were very fast very pleasant and helped me with few questions I had and they are very fair with their prices....I definately would come back again and again would definately recommend....thank you guys appreciate your hard work and professionalism”

My old tire basically got ripped apart over night and I was lucky enough to find this wonderful place.
The staff is kind, fast, and extremely helpful. I was in and out of there w/ a better tire within 15 min.
The building is cool, spacious and they have very comfortable seating options.

“Amazing service! Lamar and Eddie helped us out of a tight spot, and out of all the supposed 24/7 tire repair shops in the LA area, they were the only ones actually available! We were stranded after an event at the Rose Bowl in Pasedena, and they got our spare patched and us back on the road within 20 minutes, at 3am! Highly recommend these guys if your near the Inglewood area(or not, just give them a call)!!”

“The car service itself is good, but my initial customer service experience was disappointing. I was told on two different days that I could come in at 4:30pm to get my brakes done, but when I arrived, I was told the brakes area was closed. There was no apology and no accountability for the misinformation, and when I asked for clarification, an older gentleman spoke to me very dismissively, which was frustrating especially because I try hard to support small businesses.
However, after posting my review, the shop reached out and worked with me to offer much better service. I appreciate that they took the time to fix the situation and make things right. I’m glad they followed up and showed that they do care about their customers.”

“My Honda Odyssey had a oil leak that was leaking around my top of my engine and it was dripping all the way down so it will always blow white smoke and I took it to this mechanic and he said he was gonna charge me a price and he was gonna also do a cleaning as well change my spark plugs and my spark plug seals and my engine coils now that was just a price for that but my alternator got messed up too because of the oil leak leaking down so he end up fixing that it was a good price for the job that was being done I also took both my car and my van to get refill on AC and that has been working for a while now and I’m happy and when I tell you, I have a lot of respect for him is because I do have a lot of respect he looked at me as a person not charged me super expensive because I’m a woman and people like to do that let’s be real and when I tell you, I got my van back and I have not had a problem since not a single smoke everything is beautiful. I do have a little more work to do, but that’s for another time but my van is very drivable and I’m so glad that I went with him and it took like a day and half process but it was well worth it 100000% recommend him it’s two guys that I know that work there the owner son, and of course the employee and they’re both very respectful and honest and do all great job on cars ??✌??Thank you”

“Good Experience, was told I had a screw in my tire at another location and that I should get it checked out so I came here to check it out and they pointed out it wasn’t punctured and just sitting in the treads so it was able to just pull out and no damage was done, no fix needed. Didn’t end up getting charged anything so that’s good. Pretty honest people here.”
