My car broke down outside their shop, and not only did they push it down the block, into their garage, and diagnose it (engine failure) they were SO kind and accommodating while I tried to get it sold and/or towed. They were incredibly patient with me while I worked out what to do and even helped me get everything done to get the car signed over to the new buyer even though they knew they were only collecting the diagnostic fee from me. “The forklift at our shop was leaking some type of fluid all over the lift portion gears. I'm not the most mechanically inclined but my boss is and he had me look up some kind of mobile forklift repair. I found their website and sent them an email letting them know what was going on. Minutes later they have me a response to schedule our repair appointment next day. The mechanic showed up right on time. He worked his magic and it was even sprinkling outside. It was all fixed up in record time and surprisingly reasonably priced for this type of on site service. I will have their number on speed dial for any future bad things that may afflict our little heavy lifting green forklift.”
“First I would like to say that I am very pleased with the service provided by Yinmi Alas and the repair work that Fix Auto Berkeley did on my car. Given the nature of the rear collision damage (which was pretty bad), the shop did a great job on the getting the car back into shape. The back bumper replacement is so well done that one could not tell it was severly damaged in a rear end collision. Damage to the trunk from the collision is not 101% per cent but I suspect that it could never be made perfect after the type of impact it suffered. Still, it is very close and that makes me happy. The car looks great and drives well. I am confident about the quality of the repairs and the safety of my vehicle. The Fix Auto Berkeley staff was very courteous and professional.
