“DC Piano completely rebuilt our 100 year old upright piano. The service and quality of the workmanship is excellent!
The entire process was smooth from the first call with Diana which was met with friendly attention. This is a family owned business and obviously a place where people enjoy working. Dennis and Matt Crudo sent photos and updates re the restoration and welcomed a visit to see the process in action. Incredible care was taken with every detail by musicians and technicians who are extremely skilled. The fully restored piano now plays beautifully. Great care and attention to detail was also given to the external cabinet's restoration. And all at a very fair and reasonable cost! We highly recommend DC Piano.”
“This local business has been a trusted shop for several decades. I got my first TV (a small Sony Trinitron) from them in the 1970's. Eids is still family owned and operated. They have incredible customer service. The repairs are reliable. I got my TV fixed there in 2022. It was a great repair done quick.

“Beautifully laid out store with a very welcoming staff. Hugh helped me get a family-heirloom turntable up and running again. This thing was in bad shape but thanks to Hugh's knowledge, his recommendations for some fine-tuning, and a new cartridge he helped me pick out, it now sounds incredible.
The whole staff just so obviously loved music and hifi-equipment. I had a great time and I'm looking forward to returning soon to get some more equipment.”

“I had lost my phone the other day and needed to buy another one quickly. A young gentleman by the name of "Isaac" assisted me throughout this transaction. Isaac was extremely courteous and helpful and had wonderful knowledge about all the phones and which one was best for me. Another girl behind the counter also chimed in with helpful advice and very courteous as well. I bought the phone along with a few other accessories for my phone and felt satisfied by in my opinion getting a great deal and Top-Notch customer service. Thank You! :) \m/”

“Jorge is an excellent employee. My 2 sons came in the store last week and he let them know that he could take care of their broken phone situation and to let me know . So I came in today and this guy rocks. He got my 3 line bill switched over to a 6 line bill with Wi-Fi internet and I am now paying like $500 less than i previously paid. “Went to this store to buy a phone and by the time I got rang up the amount due had increased by $100. I questioned muhammad who got really upset. He provide horrible customer service. He was so upset because I did not want all the extras he had added to the plan. I finally bought the phone but he did not help me set up my phone. However , there was another representative present at the store his name is Hamza , he was the reason why I gave the higher stars. If you ever go to this store wait to get service from Hamza . He was patient, polite, really helpful and a true example of what good customers service should be like. Thanks for the great service Hamza.”
“It’s a good store but small and doesn’t have a lot of products that I usually buy. The dog section is a tiny section in the back of an isle. They are always out of Coke. But it’s clean & safe & decent. Convenient.”
“This is a GameStop in a part of town that doesn't have many reasonable options for games (there are department stores nearby, but they always have a very limited and rather trash selection). I will often stop here if I'm nearby, but usually don't buy anything. The store is well organized so its easy to browse and they carry games for the modern consoles (current and last-gen), as well as a lot of merchandise and some shirts as well. Obviously, since this is a GameStop, there are no imports, but they will carry localized games. I wish their selection of localized games were larger though, it goes up and down, but sometimes there are very few to choose between, or its all stuff that I already own. That said though, their prices tend to be far better than anything online, when I do find something its always a deal, especially when they have a sale or promotion going on, then I almost always buy something. The staff here is almost always friendly, but sometimes they will take awhile to acknowledge you waiting at the register.”

“Cricket Wireless is the discount version of AT&T. They even gave me a new phone in preparation of the 5G switch. The woman at the Downtown Berkeley store was really good at handling the switch to the new phone -- it took just about 20-30 minutes. Her name is Tina. I LOVE having a store in downtown -- and I strongly recommend Cricket (Discount AT&T) to students, older people, or anyone who likes a bargain! Each time I have needed help, this Berkeley store has been perfect. THANK YOU!!”

“I love this Target. Even on busy days, it's not difficult to get through and there is plenty of parking. Only reason for not getting 5 stars is that with the new security doors, it increases the wait and shopping time because the stores are not stocked well enough with employees to be able to be available quickly when an item is needed. They should consider a different method or take them off and just get better security to correct bad behavior vs making the bulk of their law abiding customers suffer the consequences of criminal action.”

“DJ was amazing! Prior to coming down to the store - which is tucked away in a shopping plaza - i was on the phone for a total of 4 hours over a week between being on hold and getting partial instructions on fully activating my transfer. There was no line, DJ was able to fix my issue in less than 10 minutes. Word to the wise - go to this location instead of calling T-Mobile customer service.”
