Employees like John, Logan, and Roz (the Assistant Branch Manager) have been praised for their excellent customer service.
While the staff receives high praise, some customers have noted issues with the vehicle selection and cleanliness. One reviewer mentioned that Hertz no longer feels as exclusive or high-end as it once did, with cars that are not always in the best condition. Another customer had a negative experience with a vehicle that "traumatized" them on the road.
Despite these concerns, many customers express loyalty to Hertz and plan to return to this location for future rentals. The reviewers emphasize that while there may only be one or two people staffing the desk at times, they are the "best" and "very efficient," encouraging customers to be patient when visiting.
