She also helped calmly and even warmly ameliorate a miscommunication between her colleague (Joseph?) and me. Her wise intervention behind the scenes led to his seeking me out to apologize profusely, then thank me for my own kindness. I thanked him in turn for his, and gave him a sincere hug, straight from the heart. It was the perfect northern CA experience!

“Wayne at this budget location is a real gem. I came in without a reservation, he found me the lowest rate, and he went above and beyond when I returned the cargo van. I highly recommend this location and Wayne specifically. Another time I came there were a lot of customers ahead of me but today it was clear.”
“The staffs were accommodating and fast. MARLON WAS AWESOME! GUIDE US THROUGH THE PROCESS AND HELP US CHOOSE THE CAR. Unlike the nearby car rental (ENTERPRISE), we were able to rent a car within 20 minutes without any inconveniences (like asking for a paystub, lease, and W2 that the ENTERPRISE auto rental was doing).”
