“I rented a car from SFO and returned it to this location. Since I had just come off a long international flight, I just wanted to return as quickly as possible home and accepted all charges, including an upgrade to a truck (since I had a lot of luggage) and paying for the full gas tank (which in hindsight were both dumb ideas, but I was extremely tired from the long haul flight). When I came to return the truck to this location in Elk Grove, employee Raman suggested I could save money by just filling up the tank right now instead of paying the full gas tank since I had barely used any gas. I am so thankful to her because I saved tons of money that the original employee was trying to rip off of me at SFO. Thank you Raman!”

“Location is kind of back in a corner, so had to go around a time or two to find it (hint: go through the gas station's parking lot and its right there). The Technician was pleasant and attentive to our needs, took thorough photos of before (and I presume after) the rental and sent us on our merry way. Great job! My only complaint is that the owner's manual was not available when certain issues crept up during our drive, like how to set cruise control, and when the dash lights and map went dark and then transferred to the windshield. Just saying ...”
