The general manager is a terrible person. I brought in my 2018 Nissan Maxima to be repaired there, and he lied to me on multiple occasions...He told me that he would provide a free rental vehicle and then later on said that it was "too much of a hassle for me"... I believe his name was Ricardo and he is a LIAR!
