The professionalism and friendliness that once characterized this place seem to have diminished, particularly during routine checkups and oil changes. Previously, I could rely on receiving quality service, including thorough inspections of all fluids and tire pressure. My expectation was no different today. However, upon entering my vehicle, I discovered dirt from shoes, necessitating my own cleanup efforts. Furthermore, when attempting to clean my windows, I found the fluids to clean my windows nearly bone dry, contrary to the promised topping off of all fluid levels, as indicated on my receipt. The customary respect and warmth extended by Jackson were notably absent today, with no customary rundown of services or inquiries about additional maintenance, such as tire rotation. This disappointing experience compels me to seek alternative service providers, despite the inconvenience it may entail. Really Sad and Disappointing day for Quick lube in Elk Grove...”

We personally love to use the dog wash area and it is always working well and chemical shampoos that are used to clean my dogs is always fresh smelling and full of shampoos and conditioners. All in all we give this place a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, service and great hospitality from staff members. “Konko Truck Wash, Super People and Experience-I took my wheelchair mobility van with all of my truck mirrors to get my van hand washed because I cannot do regular car wash places due to extensive equipment. Carlos, Raymond, and Nacho were so nice and washed my van so well it is spotles and shiny. I highly recommend this place and these men. They absolutely ? made my day! Hearts of gold! Thank you and thank God for your work and service. I cannot say enough. They took care of me and my wheelchair mobilty van.”

“Chevron’s Express Wash is my favorite car wash. The best wash is $12 per wash. They have two more options for a little less money. The best thing I like about this car wash is they have workers in front of it that will clean your windshield before you enter the car wash. Vacuum cleaner self-service is available after the car wash, and the vacuum is powerful.”
