“We came in late to the Hampton Inn and apparently left something electrical on. As the young man was trying to clean the entry to his shop, he stopped and jumped our car! We were on our way until we heard a crazy noise. We had something stuck in our rental car tire which he removed. He said it didn’t penetrate the tire so he put the tire on and we were on our way! It’s people and service like this that make life so grand! Thank you for getting us on the road to our friends’ wedding!”

“Called and asked about sport tires for a 2010 SI around 1pm, they said they could have them here by 3:30. I called to check back at 3:15, arrived! Nice to know they've been in Elk Grove for 30 years, I love established neighborhood businesses. Anyway, car was taken into the shop around 4 pm, they said they're short a couple guys but should have my tires done by 5pm (when they close) or a little after which they would do no problem. Really nice company so far, especially pushing past closing time without the sudden "omfg look on the face". Lol Found a mountain mikes within a ten minute walk and am enjoying their salad bar and happy hour beer. Better than waiting in a lounge for an hour and a half. Good year was going to charge me $600+ just for 2 tires. Hell no. I'll go down to my guys @ Tire & Wheel Mart of Fulton and buy FOUR brand now Toyos for 400. But my tires were so bald I didn't want to risk shitty arden roads. So stayed close to where I was currently and Radial Tire seems to be amazing. Will update once job is complete and what it included.... Hope this helped.”

“My 1st time at Les Shwab and I’m really happy with their honesty and customer service. I went there for a 4 wheel alignment and a replacement for front sway bar end links. LU told me that I don’t need an alignment as the Mercedes of Sacramento is telling me that requires one.”

“I needed a tire, rim and sensor replaced asap. Within 24 hours I was back on the road. They ordered a universal rim and replaced the tire and sensor. The sensor couldn't be calibrated because it's a universal rim. All that said, I was mobile in 24 hours so I was not upset. They did what I asked them to do. Get me mobile asap.”

“Had an excellent experience getting an alignment done here!!Most shops either had a waiting list over a month long or wouldn't even touch my lifted Toyota 4 Runner cause it's "modified". Donny the owner was very helpful over the phone and Josh(?) the alignment tech was very particular and had good attention to detail. Managed to get everything to spec and even weighed down my front end to simulate the weight of a winch I'm adding next week.They're moving to a better location in old town and will hopefully get the visibility they deserve.Would highly recommend.”

“I took my 2001 S-10 in for front alignment ,got a call saying they cannot do it due to my upper control arm bushings being bad. Instead of just doing the front alignment to have it happen again I thought that was very honest of them not charging me . I replaced the upper control arms myself took it back in for front alignment. When I picked my truck up, it was still pulling to the right, so I took it back in to see what may be the problem. They explained to me the specs and everything seemed good , they gave me some advice about maybe being my tires so I switched my tires around and the truck drives perfect . “Wow! Marlio provided the best customer service! I was going back and forth with Costco Tires or American Tires for replacement of my 4 tires. Decided to go to Costco specifically here in this Elk Grove location due to high reviews. The technicians here are awesome and Marlio specially since he helped me from cashier, explaining the warranty, explaining when I should bring my tires for rotation. He made sure that my new tires will last me the warranty by explaining me what I need to do. Grateful for a great experience, glory to God!”

“Came in towards the end of the day 4:30 with an appt for a basic oil change and although it took longer than expected (just over an hour), it was a good experience. Had a coupon from their website so it was $29.99 + tax. The sitting area was clean and indoors, so it was comfortable and temp controlled on that really cold and wet day. There's no wifi, which was inconvenient, but otherwise, the wait was good bc it was a nice waiting room. It did take longer than expected, but overall it was a smooth oil change. They provided a receipt and report by email, and also gave us a printed out report of their free inspection.”
